Cannot confirm this neither!
If this would be a general problem we would already have lot feedback about this because the use of text in Ventuz is essential!
Cheers

Re: GAC custom assembly not found
A higher .Net version can always load and use code build with older .Net Framework.
So you will not have to re-write your assemblies and you won't have any trouble with C# nodes in Ventuz.

Re: Simple Maths - Conceptual Problem
Hi Tom!
Ventuz allows on in very rare cases a recursive binding.
In most case you have to use the Loop Breaker node which causes one frame delay in validation to resolve the infinite binding/validation problem.
Best Regards

Re: DVI input as a texture, not sharp
Hi!
To have a pixel to pixel mapping you would need the Overlay Rectangle node.
If you create your own 'overlay' you would have to shift the texture by 0.5;0.5 pixel with the Mapping 2D node (currently not sure in which direction).
Best Regards

Re: Completely standalone integrated scenes
Hi! You have to be careful with Interaction and Rendertargets! Currently this works only if your original scene and that what you present via Rendertarget match in touch coordinates. E.g. non-screen resolutions of the RTs or scaled down presentation of the inner scenes will break interactivity. Best...

Hi!
Check out the attached archive!
Hope this is what you need! Works only in Ventuz Pro because it needs Stencil nodes.

Re: how to record a demo into small file
Hi Alfred! Ventuz Render-To-Disk outputs an image sequence. You could e.g. use Quicktime Pro as a very simple tool to create an movie from it. If you use H.264 as movie codec it's possible to create very small files even for HD content. The size of your file depends on the quality of the encoding. B...

Re: How to make a transparent object with bump texture
Hi again!
The Bumpmap shader can only handle 2 textures: a displacement texture and an optional diffuse texture.
The order of the textures is important: first is always treated as displacement map!
Cheers!
