Re: AMD W9100 graphics card giving VDevice Error
Thanks for the insight. When I am able to recreate the error will test this out. I was able to fix it for show by lowering the resolution under the project properties. That solution in my mind falls in line with the multisample rate being set too high.

Re: version 4.04 crashing
tried:
removed all input streams from VCE (ventuz config editor)
removed all configuration files from VCE (set everything to "none")
reexport presentation file from 4.0.4
now chasing if incompatibilities exist in the source file itself

version 4.04 crashing
updated to 4.0.4 from 4.0.3 Seeing issues of instability on 4.0.4 with presentations that ran perfectly on 4.0.3. Both when attempting to program and when running presentations. I have been trying to pinpoint exactly where it is failing, but the biggest challenge thus far is sometimes it is working ...

Re: help System stats question poor performance makes no sen
Just an update: 2 things we have discovered. When we disable 2 video input ports (2X blackmagic decklink quad). From 8 inputs to 6 inputs. Performance improves to 60 fps. This has made life livable. We have one machine that has been performing stronger when under load and with all 8 inputs live. So ...

Re: help System stats question poor performance makes no sen
Due to show schedule and coming up with a different workaround this issue had got put on hold for awhile. This past week needed to revisit this issue as it is still going on and would really like to get a better understand how to help our Render Machines perform better. Currently running 4.3.1 2 mac...

Re: Scene Timing in Director
Hey thank for the knowledge! All of those features sound really great and I am excited to see how Director is evolving as a show control app. We are using Director to control multiple machines and so very happy to see those feature sets expanding! To me speed control should be a part of the core fun...
