Is it possible to specify the network adapter for multicast?

Is it possible to specify which network adapter is used / being listened to by Ventuz? For the OSC-nodes I can set the Multicast IP and the Port but can't find any setting as to which network adapter is actually being used. What I'm trying to achieve is using the Loopback Adapter for certain events....

Event Arguments do not behave as expected

Here's something that I can't figure out: according to the manual I can use Event-Arguments to discern different events.... very handy to e.g. see which button was pressed: you assign an Argument to each of the Button-Pressed-Events, collect all the Events at one central Event (i.e.: the event can b...

"Error importing Acrhive -- malformed stream: bad tag" means all of them are Ventuz 4 only, right? Pity -- we won't (be able to) upgrade in the foreseeable future :(

Re: Ventuz and LeapMotion

Hi Eric,

since the Leap is now officially released are you still bound by the NDA? If not it'd be great if you could release your Ventuz/Leap/C# demo.

Thanks in advance,

Most reliable TouchButton-Output?

The Touch Button Node's ability to differentiate between "SingleTap" and "TapAndHold" is a great idea in theory, however I constantly run into problems using these outputs. This starts with unreliable Touch Screens, and gets worse with the many different levels of user's "touch skills" (the fat-fing...

Re: Recommendation for TripleHead GPU (3x(768x1360))?

Hi Christian, sorry for the late reply -- we ordered a DatapathX4 right after reading your recommendation but I wanted to test it before replying. The tests are done and we're pretty happy with the Datapath -- well worth the money I'd say. POSITIVE: (relatively) inexpensive solution, fairly easy to ...

Recommendation for TripleHead GPU (3x(768x1360))?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a Graphics Adapter that would support desktop spanning over 3 x 1360x768 in portrait mode (so the resulting screen area would be 2304x1360 px @ 60 Hz) WITHOUT TEARING? I've once tried this with an AMD FirePro V4900 (ATI FireGL), however the tearing was completel...

Re: requests and ideas to accelerate production

Reading your suggestions I just realized there's also something else that I'd love to have: Drop-Replace of nodes -- at least in the hierarchy-editor, but possibly also in the content-editor (see below). Example: I placed a rectangle node in the hierarchy editor. Now I realize I'd much rather have a...
