Discord is not a replacement, it is a supplement - different strengths and weaknesses.

As to the theme, you can thank GDPR - we had to update everything and here we are. At some point we will change the skin to something more digestible, for sure.

Hey, unfortunately not. This has been requested several times, but because of the way Ventuz works is quite a bit trickier than one might think. It is on our feature request list though, and we'll try to figure something out in a future release. Don't hold your breath though!

If you need it within a 3D tree, you can always use the FX node in the hierarchy tree, too... but as Dennis says, normally, you would want this as a layer effect.

Just to add one additional point of interest: the .vpath is a json file - we have not put the specification in yet, but if you save a project with a spline you get from a C4D scene, you will have an example you can look into. Once you have that, you are free to create your own splines based on that ...

Hi Guys, So yes, the audio analysis node takes over from the FFT. It can handle either Waveform (oscilloscope) or Spectral or pure volume, and can output a float array, a gradient, or a 2D texture. In data mode, you don't need to attach an array node, it already is an array. Just connect it directly...
