In one of our installations, we have Ventuz stalls and crashes a little too often, and what we've found in the log is this on a few occations:
deltacast videopipe\deltacast.cpp(3225): error 31 (0x1f)
Can you tell me what this means?

this looks like a NullReference exception.
Can you post the according AV config?
Do I understand correctly? You have other machines with same HW and config and they do not crash?

I'm not 100% sure this is the exact same settings we use on other Machines, but There's nothing extraordinary about it in my opinion.
