Hi Everyone,

This is a very URGENT issue i have to solve:

I am Using 2 BM Design Intensity (Pro in PciE and Shuttle as USB 3.0)

As i want signal from 2 Different PCs on and then Blend it on Ventuz.

I am Getting the signal Through the Shuttle USB 3.0 but not from the PCie, though both of them have the same settings (Format 1080i60) and the 2 PCs i am getting the signal are of the same resolution (1920 x 1080).

Hope you could Help me out as my Projects deployment is in 2 days.

Due to the large number of different Blackmagic products and high frequency of product updates, we can not test every Blackmagic product. The Intensity Pro 4k is a pretty new model and I never had one in my hand. We will try to get one and do some testing soon. Unfortunately this will take longer than two days.

Here are a few hints how to solve the problem without waiting for a possibly fixed Ventuz release:
* Switch of sync. Sync should only be switched on if the input source is genlocked to the output. I doubt this is the case, and even if it is you should try switching sync off just for testing.
* Make sure the input source is really 1080i59.94.
* Try to get an older board model. If you can get a decklink model, that would probably work better than an intensity model.
* the intensity 4k should work fine with 1080p59.94 / 1080p60. Try that.
