greetings programs.
When you use a designer dongle to run your designer everything works fine.
attach an additional runtime dongle, everything still is working fine.
remove the runtime dongle, ventuz asks to please attach the dongle even though the designer dongle is still in place.
put the runtime dongle back in, everything is fine again, remove the runtime dongle again ventuz asks again for dongle , take it out again, repeat.
remember, the designer dongle is still attached. and it needs to be the same runtime dongle, another runtime dongle still yields the missing dongle notification.
expected behaviour?
Henning

Re: designer dongle / presenter dongle on the same machine
Hi,
yes, that is expected behaviour. When you start Ventuz it checks all valid licenses and creates a temporary license for this session. If you remove one of the dongles, it breaks this "session license", even if you have a correct license left in your machine. So you have to quit and restart Ventuz when you want to remove a dongle.
