Having a strange issue where i will lose a video stream and the statistics show input in A:presync
manual says:
Presync, Syncing stabilizing stream, synchronizing multiple streams together
what does this mean and how do we restart a stream once its gone into Presync status?
Even better how do we prevent this from happening as it seems to be a common occurrence.
This is from a Black Magic Decklink 4 card

Re: what does presync in the video stream mean?
Hi there
There are serveral reasons for a stream to be in presync status, it could be that the genlock signal is not fitting the input signal or that your configured input signal is not fitting the incoming signal. Another reason could be asynchrounous input signals with different frequenzies.

- Check if you have the Synchronized flag checked in the config. If you have mixed freuquenzies you have to uncheck it.
- Check if your genlock signal matches your input signal.
