Conditional check for updates

As with Ventuz Designer make the check for updates conditional so that we are not constant notified of updates to the Director application when it's in an installed known good production environment.

Does it also ask for updates when you uncheck the option in Designer?
I'll double-check and if not, i'll write a ticket. Cause it really should be conditional.

Yes it does, I have check for updates disabled in Designer but my Director still notified me of the update being available.
