Hi all, probably a stupid question.
I'd like to use my Surface Pro's touchscreen (for show control or so) and an external Monitor at the same time but can only get all content shown (scaled down) on the external monitor.
How do I get Ventuz to use both? I have set them up with their different resolutions in Ventuz-Config.
But obviously missed something.
cheers,
U

Re: Surface Pro - Built-in Touchscreen and external screen(s
Short: You can't
Ventuz can only output to one Monitor (Except dual SDI output).
You have to create something like a Eyefinity Group (AMD), Mosaic group (NVIDIA Pro), Surround View (NVIDIA Consumer) or Collage (Intel).
With this technique you have one "virtual" Monitor spanning across the Monitors selected.
This only works with Displays of the same resolution. It might work with screens of different resolutions but I don't know of a solution without tearing.
Greetings, Eric
