effect FX-Node/ white lines on image

Hi,
I've got a problem with the effect FX-Node.
I wanted to animate the blur-effect between two movies and changed the values for diameter and aspect.
At some values, you will get fine white lines on the texture. I added an image of the result.
The problem occurs on different pc's.
