Movie clip layer cannot be set to buffer entire clip

Post by sandercox » 28 Mar 2016, 17:00

Just tried to create a movie clip layer with a mask from another clip. Tried to scrub on the mask of the movie clip and needed to go front and backwards.
Editing the node using configure and setting "buffer all" doesn't seem to have effect. Also when the dialog is opened again it's back to normal. As a result I can only scrub forwards into the movie but not backwards. The reverse play option also does not seem to stick.

Loaded a movie around 42mb
took a second...

and i can scrub without any problems..
even the configure dialog is holding the settings.

Was that a Win 7 Machine?
We'll doublecheck...

Hey Sander,

we are investigating the issue aswell.

On my machine it did work at first.. after we tried to reproduce this, we had the same issue.
If you find anything which could help us: please drop a line :)

Thank you very much
Dee

Tried to reproduce but it seems that it sometimes works and most often does not. But doesn't look like there is a real scenario for it to reproduce...
