Automatic length of nested animations

Post by chriss0212 » 30 Mar 2016, 11:25

hi,

it would be so nice if we would have the chance to set a nested animation in the upper animation to original length! it is really annoying to calculate the length for the animation. something like right click on the green bar and an option for "set to original length"

thx and greetz

perfect...thx!

especialy for c4d imported mesh animations this is an extremly important feature. if the framerate of the animation is not correct because of time scaling animations become jerky.

Check V5.1
FEATURE F7408 Embedded Animation channels display their original size for easy speed adjustments.

Hey Chris,

If we would do so what should happen? imagine there are multiple channels with serveral keyframes and one nested control.
What should happen with the rest of the animation whenever the nested animation is set to its original lenght?

Hi Daniel,

if you have keyframes in this channel right from this of course they have to move... or just the keyframe right from this could move... could be solved by a drop down.

-> right click -> set animation to original length -> choose between move all keyframes/ move just next keyframe

Sounds easy ;)
