Is it possible to read the Dongle serial number with a C# code? If not is there another solution to get the dongle serial number?

You can get all the current licensing information including dongle ID using the Ventuz License Manager. There is a shortcut in the Ventuz Technology start menu folder At the bottom left of the license manager is a button which copies all licensing information to the clipboard. You can then paste that anywhere you need it.

I need to read the dongle serial number during runtime. Depending on the dongle serial number I want to enable or disable certain functionalities in the Ventuz presentation.

Not sure if it would contain the info you need, but you could write a script to find the dongle, and read the XML info in VENTUZ.lic.
