FFMPEG problem?

Post by SamTheSwede » 31 Aug 2016, 11:57

Hey!

I have two Machines playing the same clip, one of them fails with this errormsg:

19:31:51.051 Warning: Movie (Movie Clip) Resource Movie Clip Adv: ventuz://movies/PopUps/96.mov took 4720ms to create and may caused rendering stalls
19:31:51.076 Debug : ffmpeg_error [mov,mp4,m4a,3gp,3g2,mj2 @ 000000004dc114a0] moov atom not found
19:31:51.077 Error : ffmpeg Could not open source file 'e:\produktion\tv42013\Movies\PopUps/96.mov'

The failing machine runs V4.07.01.114 R11074 With DeltaCast VideoMasterHD DLL v05.01.0162

The other machine which plays this clip without problem runs V4.07.00.48 R10877 With Deltacast VideoMasterHD DLL v05.01.0162

The clip is a Standard Quicktime animation 32bit 1920x1080 @25fps

Any suggestions to what can be wrong? - We will try to deinstall Everything Ventuz on the machine and reinstall Ventuz to see if it fixes the problem.

Best regards,

Sam

Hi Sam!

We did not change anything in the movie playback for 4.7.1. Strange...
Could you send me the movie which does not work so we can investigate this here.

Best Regards
Karol
