BlackMagic DeckLink Extreme 3 and 2 don't work on 59,94Hz

Hi guys,
i'm facing a very urgent problem!!!
i have two PCs one with BlackMagic DeckLink Extreme 3 and other with BlackMagic DeckLink Extreme 2. on booth machines when i setup the output to 60Hz everything works fine, but my studios runs in 59,94, when i setup this configuration (59,94Hz) the scene don't run, just render some frames and completely stops.
please Help me!
