When I change the size of the viewport node, disabling clear background color doesn't works.

This is the same behaviour like in Ventuz 3.
A disabled ClearColor works only for full viewports! Even if you only have one single scaled viewport in your scene, Ventuz automatically needs an internal full viewport.
This internal viewport is always cleared and it clears the region of the scaled viewport. That's the behaviour of nested viewport: the whole area of a viewport is cleared independent of the settings of child viewports.
