How to make projector overlap in multi computer

Post by aboom91 » 13 Jul 2015, 12:07

Hi
I have some question about 8 Projector Blending by 3 computers control with OSC.
After I see This clip https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xgfjxI7H2sQ
I do understand and I can do follow the clip if I have just 1 computer. So in case, I have 3 to create group by 3 computers with 8 projector too.
But I wonder How to make clips with 3 computer in 8 Projector.
The projector will be separated in 3 3 2 with each computer(photo http://upload.siamza.com/2148885).
As I see In the clip they make 1 clip in the same resolution after they used overlap method the program will adjust automatic on the projector
so it not gonna be a problem. So, between the 3rd projector's com1 and the 1st projector's com2 If I do overlap function
Will the program do adjust automatic Or I need to do overlap In the clip video instance program function?

Hi,

the blending also works across machine borders. Regarding your diagramm, yes you can get an overlap between the 3rd projector of com1 and the 1st projector of com2, same between com2 and com3. You set up things like this in the Render Setup and the Shaping Tool. The multi machine part is what we call Cluster Rendering.
