Hi all,
I have a problem when I try to use HDMI input in my Blackmagic DeckLink 4k Extreme.
On BlackMagic interface everything is good. Incoming videosignal looks fine. On the contrary, once in ventuz I see nothing but colorbars, and no error messages occur.
Considering that SDI inputs work fine, I suppose it could be a compatibillity issue.
Or am I missing something?
(...yes, input video settings in Configuration Editor match correctly the incoming signal which currently is 1080i60 )
Any suggestion?

Hi,

we experienced that for HDMI Input the Auto Detect works better than setting the input format to a specific format.
Just try if you didn't already anyway.

We have noticed issues with black magic 4k cards not having 4k capture options inside Ventuz. It seems like certain cards work but have not have had those ones to test.
