Hi,
I'm new with Ventuz, and just wondering what kind of background knowledge needed to able using Ventuz fluidly. Should I be an animator, or 3D artist, or an experience Flash Programmer? thank you again for the time

Kind regards,

I think that basic knowledge of the real-time graphics rendering pipeline concept is a good starting point. There are many great learning resources about that subject on the web.

As Ventuz can be used in many ways for totally different kinds of projects it depends on what you want to do with it.
You should be familiar with 3D graphics in general, Animation and know the substance of object orientated programming (C# and VB can be used inside Ventuz).
However there are many little Ventuz-Specific things and tricks you need to know to become really fast in creating and programming Projects (I am thinking of "Interface Containers" for example).
There are always many different ways to get the same result. The more nodes you know and the better you know how to use them the better you get.
