Is it possible to array (arrange) a series of geometries along a circle and control the number, spaces between them and distance from the center dynamically?

Do they need to have individual textures/shading?

You can try to use the Spread node if all objects are indentic.
Otherwise a skript that controls the position etc of all objects.
