sometimes a picture can say more than 1000 words...but sometimes some words are very helpfull

I would like to select some nodes and see in realtime the input output values.

indeed....would be a nice feature. at the moment, you can place all of the nodes into a content container and expose just the values you want to see!

thank you, this is a great idea but needs more clicks.
I would like to see "on the fly" what happens between two nodes
In the Feature Request section I described how I would like to inspect the i/o bindings.
For an expert Ventuz user it's easy, I have to concentrate on one node watching the output values, then click on the binded node watching the input values and remember where they are coming from.
An helper window could help us showing what are the bindings between two nodes, directions (red arrow) and realtime values.

what i would like to have:
place a variable at the output of a node and the variable will show its value inside of the content window....in combination with a switch to activate or deactivate all realtime view

Scene & Project Data in V4 should make this all redundant... but good idea. The only issue here is screen real-estate...
