Hello, guys!
I have an interesting problem with FirePro V9800..
I used Eyefinity to join 6 video panels in resolution 6480x1920 px (videowall 6x1 panels, vertical orientation).
When I try to start Ventuz (empty scene) in Fullscreen mode the screen starts blinking (ventuz interface - black screen - ventuz interface - black screnn)... But if I disable multisampling (choice none in Project Properties/Direct3d) the fullscreen works good.
How do you think about the reason of this problem? In other installations this ATI card works good with all 6 outputs (but a little bit lower resolution).
Thx.

Re: Problem with V9800 6480x1920 px
UPD: I reduced resolution to 4320x1280 px - fullscreen works on Best quality... I think that it is strange...

Probably happens because the card "only" has 4GB of RAM. But I could be wrong of course.

Hi Christian,
How many resolutions can V9800 support? I think it depends on so many factors, not only the resolution, but also the content inside the scene, i.e, 3D effect, or 3D models with many/little polygons or some others, right? If yes, does it mean that the GPU-choice is a pure experience-based matter. Can you give me some advice regarding this issue.
Cheers!

Yes, but I using empty scene for test! And this scene doesn't work with multisampling.beckman david wrote:Hi Christian,

And one more thing...It's work in virtual fullscreen mode with best multisampling.
