ventuz osc remoting

hello there
i want to control an external c# programm. since ventuz is not yet able to add references in the c# code i thought that i could do that via OSC.
Is there a guide/howto for OSC? ... somehow the remoting demo from the ventuz page does not work for me.
what does address mean?

OSC is a standard communication protocol implemented by several hard and software tools.
please have a look to www.opensoundcontrol.org to get deeper into it.
(Address is the OSC endpoint where the actual element is send to, the receiver will get this address to evaluate the function or value this message belongs to)
