hi
im writing this to find a solution for the alpha key problem. I have done a ticker in which i use a glow head to get the color depth, as im using an yellow color, and i need the ticker to reflect like gold. And that im getting, but the prblem is , that when i use a live video the video is not appearing
The space other than ticker is apearing black. when i remove the glow head i can see the video. Without glow i am not getting the desired feeling for the ticker. Can u suggest any solution for this.I tried to reduce the relative viewport but its shrinking the whole ticker, but while shrinking it i cud see the video behind the ticker. pls find me a solution at the earlist as possible because i hav to finish the work before wednesday.
Regards
----- Sabeer

Hi Sabeer,
I don't know what technique the applied glow head utilizes, but it could be that you have a relative view port node behind the render target used for the glow pass. please select that viewport node and check the alpha value of the background color. The default is 100%. If you apply the glow texture via the overlay rectangle "over" the actual scene, it will overwrite all your alpha values with 100%!
Please turn it down to 0%
