The core2 problem under XP is your video playback problem, right?

Re: Under which os is ventuz realy working??
I finally got my hand on a Matrox TripleHead2Go Digital Edition with DVI In/Out. Vista does not allow horizonal or vertical spanning and this seamed to me the TH2G was only solution to get a Ventuz scene rendered on two or even three outputs. Well it works perfectly. The quality is great thanks to DVI. I was running 2x 1920x1200 without a problem. The performance was far better than I expected under Vista. Anyone who needs Horizontal Span modes under Vista should really give this little gem a try.

hi krix,

yes i can agree, th2g is a very nice peace of hardware :-) but also on vista no 50 hz (or do you get it to run ??) and: 1920/1200 or 1080 is "only" on two outputs possible

Hi there!
No, I did not get my nVIdia cards to work at 50Hz. I do not have a device available at the moment which offers 50Hz natively. But I will continue to look into it since I more and more work on Vista as well.

It would be nice if the TH2G would offer three Full HD outputs, but I guess the bandwidth and 4K resolution limit of most graphics cards put a dent in that wish. But maybe the next version will offer that. There are more and more ultr-high-res screens available with resolutions well beyond 1920x1200, so hopefully Matrox will continue development on that excellent piece of equipment. BTW, does anybody know how to hack the TH2G? :) Custom EDIDs would be nice.
